House rules

It could be a perfect world without  rules, but who are we kidding.

The real trick is to start with them on purpose and then to just live by them organically and without even remembering the life “before”.

We seek out for foods without sugar or its (numerous) replacements in the ingredients. Exceptions apply for items that have an official “guilty pleasure” title – Skippy peanut butter with chunks in our case (Yogi’s).

We also do not buy things with weird looking ingredients that require googling.

We do not have cable TV.

 

We have fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables in our house at any given time.

We have nuts and grains and beans and legumes in the pantry or the freezer.

We go out  occasionally for meal and/or dessert and enjoy it to the fullest.

We prepare simple meals in under 20 minutes.

We watch good inspiring movies and listen to great music.

We go to the gym.

We listen to our bodies.

We spread the word about how we feel.
